M+W Process Automation cvba

In 2003 Lang und Peitler acquired the Belgium automation service provider Solid System Solutions (S3) cvba founded in 1999. The investment aimed at the internationalization of the services provided for our customers from the pharmaceuticals, chemical and food and beverage industries as well as the intensified development of the Benelux market. The market data and its position in Central Europe make Belgium an important hub – with M+W Process Automation cvba in Melsele in its centre.

The focus is on the Belgium market, but M+W Process Automation cvba also supplies the adjacent Benelux countries and France with tailor-made automation solutions for the process and production sector. The central areas of activities are the chemical,  pharmaceutical, oil and gas and the automotive industry with special focus on  PCS and MES.

In 2008 M+W Process Automation cvba opened another office in Breda (NL) to be able to respond more flexibly to customer wishes and to ensure adequate technical support of  projects outside the heart of Belgium. Together with the port of Antwerp the Dutch port forms one of the biggest ports in the world and a chemical  agglomeration area, where many of our customers are located.

The office in Wavre was also established in 2008 and mainly serves to expand our business in the Wallonian region.
